Science: Laws of physics fixed.

Astronomy is unique in the sciences because Astronomers are always observing the past. The speed of light as fast as it is, still limits significantly the time it takes for light to travel great distances. For example, when we look at the sun, we are seeing what the sun looked like several minutes ago, the time it took for the light to travel from the sun to the earth.

As astronomers look further and further away with telescopes, the longer into the past they are looking.  One outcome of this is that scientists can determine the characteristics of  the universe in the very distance past, billions of years ago.

The evidence uncovered so far, shows that the laws of physics governing the universe are fixed as far back as they look in the universe's history.

It appears that the laws of physics in the universe are indeed fixed, just has the Bible predicted. (see bible verses)
